Residential
The Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) serves adult individuals with a diagnosis of chronic mental illness. This program consists of several residences with different levels of care from intensive, 24-hour, 7 days per week to General level drop-in support in a community setting. We provide individualized rehabilitation in a home-like setting where consumers take an active role in their treatment. All referrals to the RRP as placements are available. The residential staff will then meet with the prospective resident for a screening process and determine the most appropriate level of housing.
When an individual has reached his/her goals, is satisfied with their rehabilitation process and the treatment team is in agreement, s/he will be recommended for independent living outside of the RRP. RRP staff assists in applying for low income housing options and provides continued supports as requested by the resident. |
