Veterans Housing Outreach and Assistance Services

For Veterans Newly or Nearly Homeless

Beginning October 15 2011, Alliance serves Veterans wtih very low-income  in the Baltimore area who recently became homeless or who are on the verge of becoming homeless. Through the All-Vets HOAM project, Alliance-Veterans Housing Outreach and Assistance in Metro-Baltimore, Alliance provides:

  • Case management
  • Linkages to housing resources
  • Financial assistance to secure permanent housing

Dishonorable Discharges

Veterans with dishonorable discharges may qualify for other services available through Alliance provided there is a documented diagnosis of mental illness.
