TheMental Illness and Substance Abuse (MISA) Programs focuson identifying symptoms and triggers for adults with co-occurring,psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. It assists individuals withmaking the connection and then to simultaneously manage both issues.MISA individuals are linked to community resources such as A.A. andN.A., as well as connected to detox facilities when necessary.

Alliance, Inc.offers residential and day rehabilitation to meet the needs of the MISApopulation. Referrals for MISA residential will be sent to the localCore Service Agency (CSA) who, in turn, will prioritize referrals tothe RRP as placements are available. MISA Day rehabilitation referrals can be submitted directly to the program for screening.
