Child & Adolescent Services

The Alliance, Inc. Child and Adolescent Program

The Harford County Division of Alliance, Inc., C & A Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, believes that if young people with disabilities are provided educationally stimulating personalized attention, shown the possibilities, encouraged to explore and realize their potential, while being supported in their efforts, they can do the rest.

The Alliance, Inc. Child and Adolescent PRP supports young people in Harford County and its surrounding areas to reach their maximum potential and to become independent, productive members of the community through rehabilitation, treatment, case management, vocational and employments services.

The Alliance, Inc. Child and Adolescent Program Commitment

Programs are developed and delivered through a collaborative partnership among youth, families, schools, businesses, the community, state, and federal agencies, and other service providers.  Services are structured to meet the needs of the individuals served.
