Housing
The Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) serves adult individuals witha diagnosis of chronic mental illness. This program consists of severalresidences with different levels of care from intensive, 24-hour, 7days per week to General level drop-in supports in a community setting. We provide individualized rehabilitation in a home-likesetting where consumers take an active role in theirtreatment.
All referrals for RRP should be sent to the local Core Service Agency(CSA) who, in turn, will prioritize referrals to the RRP as placementsare available. The residential staff will then meet with theprospective resident for a screening process and determine the most appropriate level of housing.
The Rolling Access Program can assist families with children with Developmental Disabilities in providing some funds to make modifications to homes or in some cases assist with a security deposit or other start up costs in getting housing.
