The Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) serves adult individuals with a diagnosis of chronic mental illness. The continuum is comprised of several residences with levels of care spanning from intensive, 24-hour, 7 days per week to General level drop-in supports in an integrated community setting. We provide a home-like environment in which individualized rehabilitation programming is delivered through a consumer-driven process of self determination.
All referrals for RRP will be sent to the local Core Service Agency (CSA) who, in turn, will prioritize referrals to the RRP as placements are available. The residential staff will then meet with the prospective resident for a screening process and determine readiness for the preferred level of housing.
When an individual has reached his/her goals, is satisfied with their rehabilitation process and the treatment team is in agreement, recommendation for independent living outside of the RRP is warranted. RRP staff assists in applying for low income housing options and provides off-site supports as requested by the resident.
